The Tent Ministry is just as it sounds--church meetings ‘under the big top.’ If you’ve never been to an old-fashioned tent meeting, you are missing out on a blessing. But some may ask, ‘Why a tent ministry?’ This outreach was birthed in efforts to minister to those people who might never step foot inside of a church building. Whether it’s a result of their social status or a past hurt, some individuals have negative ideas and attitudes towards church, and often those feelings hinder them from moving forward with the Lord. Under a tent, those strongholds and hinderances seem to go away. As a result, this ministry’s main goal is to win the lost through evangelism. The Gospel is its number one focus. Secondly, our desire is to assist missionaries across America with church planting through outreaches held under the tent. Finally, we also want to be a blessing to local churches by hosting camp meetings and other revival services under the tent.
